To make an appointment, please call 909-793-1078. You will be asked a few questions about what you are feeling and/or experiencing so that we can match you with the best counselor for you.
Fees
The full rate for a single session is $141. However, we aim to accommodate all clients and have a sliding scale and some scholarships available. In addition, families with at risk children or children 0-5 may qualify for grant assistance. Please call to make an appointment and to find out your rate and scholarship options.
Insurance
If you have insurance, be sure to have your insurance information ready when you call.
Questions to ask your insurance carrier:
- Is Christian Counseling Service or one of our counselors a provider under my Mental Health Benefits?
- Do I have any Non-Network Outpatient Mental Health Benefits under your policy?
- Do I have an annual deductible? Has any been paid off?
- What percentage of our standard fee does your insurance pay, or co-pay?
- What is the maximum number of sessions that your insurance will cover per year?
