To inquire about your insurance, you can use the guide below to help ask the
questions that will let you know if your insurance will cover your sessions at CCS.
Please note: Our office staff would be happy to check on your insurance benefits
for you. Make sure to have your insurance information ready when you call.
Insurance - Ask your insurer the following questions...
Step 1 - Is Christian Counseling Service or one of our counselors a provider under
your Mental Health Benefits?
If Yes, go to Step 2
If No - ask if you have any Non-Network Outpatient Mental Health Benefits under
your policy?
If Yes, go to Step 2
If No - Please call 909-793-1078.
Step 2 - Do you have an annual deductible? Has any been paid off?
Step 3 - What percentage of our standard fee does your insurance pay, or co-pay?
(Keep in mind that our standard fee is $131 per session. The client pays the
difference of what the insurance company covers.)
Step 4 - What is the maximum number of sessions that your insurance will cover
per year?
